Mejillas was created from a desire to honor Mexico’s timeless agave traditions. Founded by the innovators behind Melo Beverage NA Company, our journey led to a partnership with multi-generation agave growing families in the highlands of Mexico.
Rooted in resilience and inspired by the strength of the agave plant, Mejillas represents craftsmanship, heritage, and purpose. Every expression reflects the land, the people, and the traditions that shape it.
